Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and rescheduling must be done 24 hours prior to the session. To guarantee your spot, we must hold it. Therefore, we cannot refund your tuition if you later decide not to attend. However, your tuition for a course will be refunded if the course for which you register is cancelled for any reason. We will consider refund(s) under exigent circumstances such as but not limited to medical and/or family emergencies. Written documentation is required. All requests will be reviewed and decided on a case-by-case basis. In exigent refund cases, the following refund schedule will be followed: CREDIT – 50% of remaining balance (prorated at the originally paid rate before DC)* will be credited toward future class(es) within 1 year from class start date of that term (cannot be transferred to anyone else). Makeup classes can only be made up within the term you were registered for. You will be dropped from class if you miss 3 times consecutively for any reason.
